You’ve entered a space where deep wisdom meets the science of healing—a sanctuary for acceptance and transformation.
Rooted in decades of experience and advanced training, my approach integrates mental health counseling, somatic psychotherapy, psychedelic therapy, yoga, meditation, Sri Vidya Tantra, and Ayurveda. This unique combination of traditional mental health expertise and holistic practices offers a truly comprehensive path to healing and growth.
By addressing the core challenges that block survival, growth, and fulfillment, this integrative approach creates space for true physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Whether you’re seeking healing, personal transformation, a deeper connection between mind and body, or more effective leadership, our work will align with your highest potential.

But in that space of uncertainty, I realized something: I wasn’t meant to just survive—I was meant to do something deeply meaningful and more aligned with my unique purpose and gifts.
Now, as the founder of The Hidden Therapaist, I do the work I wish I had received back then. I help high-achievers and purpose-driven professionals who feel stuck in self-doubt, burnout, or misalignment. I help them find clarity, balance, and a path forward—so they don’t have to throw everything away to find themselves again.
If any of this resonates with you, know that you’re not alone. And you don’t have to do this alone.
The Secret I Was Keeping
In 2019, I had everything I thought I wanted.
I had landed my dream job.
I was living in my dream location.
From the outside, it looked like I had made it.
But I had a secret.
Behind the scenes, I was silently battling imposter syndrome. I told myself I wasn’t good enough, that I couldn’t meet the challenge, that I had just gotten lucky, that at any moment, someone would figure out I didn’t belong.
And just when I finally started to find my stride—the world shut down.
COVID hit, and everything changed. The pressure increased. There was a mental health crisis at the time. Despite my better judgement, I put my own needs to the side. The exhaustion set in. I was burnt out, deeply unfulfilled, and questioning everything.
Against my wisdom, I kept pushing forward, convincing myself I could figure it out. But the truth was, I didn’t have the support I needed.
I needed someone who could help me feel safe, who could see beyond my self-doubt and remind me of my strengths. I needed someone who could help me reconnect with my purpose instead of running on empty.
I needed someone to guide me in creating balance so I didn’t feel like my only option was to walk away.
But I didn’t have that. So I burned it all down.
I quit.
And for a while, I felt lost.

Hidden in Your Heart is a Light joyful, radiant, and free from sorrow
The name The Hidden Therapist is more than a title—it’s a personal challenge I’ve embraced. As an introvert who values privacy, I’ve often been content working quietly behind the scenes. But I also have a genuine desire to have a greater impact. This name reminds me to step into the light, to bring my knowledge, tools, and experiences out into the world in service to others.
The name is inspired by Yoga Sutra 1:36, which states, “Vi shoka va jyotismati.” This beautiful Sanskrti verse reveals that within our hearts lies an inherent light—one that is joyful and free from worry or grief. It invites us to focus on the luminous state within, a source of radiance that transcends sorrow and illuminates our path to healing and joyful living.
It is this guiding light that inspired me to start The Hidden Therapist. I wanted to create something that aligned with my authentic approach. Over the years, I’ve worked across different cultures and modalities—from traditional mental health treatment, international schools, and holistic and spiritually rooted practices like yoga and Ayurveda. I want to bring these diverse elements together in a way that allows for deep, meaningful transformation that goes beyond conventional norms. It’s about offering a space where healing can be as multifaceted and unique as the individuals I work with, and where the wisdom of ancient traditions can meet the needs of modern mental health.
The Hidden Therapist distinguishes itself from a traditional counseling practice in several key ways:
-
Unlike conventional therapy that focuses on symptom management, The Hidden Therapist integrates somatic therapies, yoga, and alternative healing modalities. This root-to-rise approach addresses mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being for deep, lasting transformation.
-
Each client’s journey is tailored to their unique needs, allowing for flexibility and customization in therapy sessions, coaching, and other offerings. This personalized attention contrasts with the often standardized approaches of traditional therapy.
-
At The Hidden Therapist, we address the root causes of challenges, not just their symptoms. By uncovering and healing underlying patterns, you can experience deeper, lasting change that supports your overall well-being.
-
The Hidden Therapist bridges the gap between modern psychological practices and ancient healing philosophies, creating a rich tapestry of resources that support comprehensive well-being.
-
Our work centers on creating meaningful transformation and empowering you to take ownership of your healing journey. Through evidence-based techniques and personalized guidance, we help you unlock your inner strength and potential.
-
The Hidden Therapist embraces lesser-known therapeutic methods, such as psychedelics, nature-based therapy, physical touch, and sound healing. These modalities are often overlooked in traditional practices but can offer profound healing experiences.
-
Recognizing that healing occurs in relationships and shared experiences, The Hidden Therapist fosters a strong sense of community through group coaching, integration circles, and retreats. This communal aspect supports individuals in feeling connected and understood.
-
Drawing inspiration from the rhythms and beauty of nature, we create a space for grounding, restoration, and connection. Whether through somatic practices, yoga, Ayurveda, or outdoor elements, nature becomes a partner in your healing process.
-
Rather than solely addressing mental health challenges, The Hidden Therapist encourages clients to explore their personal and spiritual growth, emphasizing self-discovery and the pursuit of purpose and fulfillment.
